1. Check out time is 12.00 noon, if your stay exceeds 12.00
noon please be sure to vacate you room before this time. Any
luggage can be stored for later collection if this is required.
2. The management reserve the right to alter room allocations
when necessary. We will endeavor to notify delegates in advance.
3. Cancellation by the delegate will be required up to 6
weeks prior to the first day of the stay. Before this period,
you have to pay the deposit, from 6 to 2 weeks, before your
staying, you have to pay 50% of the whole cost of your booking,
from 2 to 1 week you have to pay 70% of the whole cost of
your booking, and the whole cost at the last week.
4. All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card.
5. Any damage, loss breakage or theft will be charged for.
6. Any booking with duration 1, 2 or 3 days will be charged
35% more than then prices in the pricelist.
7. Pets are allowed upon informing the management. There
is a special place for all pets to stay.
8. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made
in advance.
9. Rate is per room, per night and includes airport transfer
but excludes any other incidental expenses.
10. Limited number of rooms allocated for promotion.
11. Offers are not valid with groups/conventions and are
not combinable with other promotional offers.
12. Promotional blackout periods may apply due to seasonal
periods or special events, and normal arrival/departure restrictions
apply.
13. Arkadia Hotel reserves the right to alter or amend rates
and rate periods and the terms and conditions at any time.
14. Reservations will only be guaranteed by
the hotel upon receiving credit card details and/or voucher
from the contractee and once payment has been verified. A
deposit is required for all bookings. Full payment is required
6 weeks before booking. The amount of deposit is automatically
calculated during the secure online reservation process and
is approximatelly 20 to 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
The following cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa Card.
15. A/C is an extra of euro 5.00 per day.
16. Additional bed in the rooms is 20% more.
17. Compact room starts with two people.
18. Deluxe room starts with four people.
19. Safety boxes @ euro 18.00 for a week, euro 30.00 two
weeks and euro 40.00 three weeks.
20. 19% VAT is not included in all prices of this website.
